Jiho Song is a designer based in Cambridge, MA. He is a current student at GSD, Harvard University for M.Arch II program '18 and a recent graduate from Cornell University with B.Arch. He is a recipient of Goerge How Travel Award in 2013, Cornell University and a winner of art and architecture competitions. He previously worked at SOM, New York as an intern during Cornell's NYC program. He currently works at Arrowstreet, Boston, interrogating virtual reality and augmented reality as spatial experience inherently tied to architecture. In this research, he concentrates on the emerging technologies, VR/AR, not only as representational imaging tools but as fully functioning collaborative space which has the potency to change how we design and perceive space in both physical and virtual worlds.
