I am a computer engineer with 30+ years of experience in industrial control systems, CAD, and real-time data acquisition. After working for 15 years in IT, I discovered that video games are fun, and that making them is even more fun than playing them. My background in industrial and CAD systems was nicely -- if unintentionally -- preparatory for learning game programming.
I am currently developing in Unity as a learner, but I hope to begin using it professionally within the next year or two, in the simulation/visualization area.
My Unity forum name is "Syscrusher".
