I'm a technical artist and I use Unity a lot. I work at a game company. I can code in c# and shaders and do 3d art.

I love vehicles both from WWI and from the future, technology in general, board and video games, art (such as drawings and orchestral music).

I grew up in northern New York until I was 21 and then I moved down to Raleigh, North Carolina, where I live now. I began going to college down here but soon dropped out once I realized it wasn’t for me. Sure, I was interested in computers and web design, but most of the courses I was taking in college were totally unrelated. I dropped out figuring that I would be able to learn more on my own than any college could ever teach me. So I began reading computer books. A lot.
Shortly after reading a few books on web design, I was hooked. I wanted to know everything and anything about it. I was designing websites any chance I could. I spent almost all of my savings buying more books on different programming languages and other nerdy computer gear. I was addicted. The whole concept of computer and programming fascinated me. As I continued to study more and more, I began to realize that most of the books seemed to lack excitement. The material was useful, but they were far from entertaining. I tried to look online for a more interesting source of learning but to no success. That’s when I discovered YouTube.

Educational Game Programmer - Tech Lead

I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (BS in Computer Science). I create educational video game to help students learn and grasp core concepts that may be otherwise too hard to learn just sitting in the classroom. I like to use Unity to ease the pain of making games and really like the community that has evolved with it over the years.

Game developer and co-founder of browser game studio Pixel Pandemic based in Copenhagen. We have developed and published 2 games: www.zombiepandemic.com and www.mutantbadlands.com so far which are both MMORPGs with turnbased tactical elements such as combat and both set in post-apocalyptic settings. The games are also available on Facebook and Kongregate and will be released to tablets (iPad, Android and possible Windows Surface) in 2013.

I took the Bachelor Degree and the Master Degree in Electronic Engineering at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. I took the PhD in the same university in the area of telecommunications (more info about my PhD research activity is in the publications page). I'm currently employed in a company which designs and produces radio modules for embedded systems.

My favourite hobbies are computer programming (thus you'll find here mostly stuff about it) and DIY electronics.

Recently I started using Unity3D (as a replacement for other outdated tools) to create some videogame in my spare time!

I was born in New York City in 1965. At the age of 20, I joined the Army and are currently serving overseas. During the course of my tour, I gained a great interest in game developement and was deferred to this Website for better understanding and help.
